Every model call goes through one secure, audited gateway. No direct LLM calls live in application code. The gateway unifies routing, priority fallback, per-tenant keys (BYOK), token and cost metering and streaming—so providers and models are swappable without touching your operations.

The gateway is multi-provider across Claude, GPT, Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI and Ollama—30+ models—with priority fallback between them.

Dual-channel retrieval pairs vector search (pgvector) with ontology graph traversal across 25 core relations (Apache AGE). A PII- and approval-gated semantic cache plus document understanding handle invoices, POs and contracts—so retrieval is grounded in your data, not loose context.

Autonomous workflows on LangGraph run long tasks with human-in-the-loop checkpoints. An MCP tool registry and agent-to-agent (A2A) delegation are gated to least privilege and recorded in immutable decision trails, so every autonomous call can be explained and audited.
