This policy defines the refund and withdrawal procedures for the GyroX paid Services provided by Gyrosoft Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), based on the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (the "E-Commerce Act") and applicable law.
Users may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the later of the date of payment or the date the Service becomes available. However, withdrawal may be restricted where the provision of digital content has commenced or its value has significantly decreased due to the user's use, or in other cases prescribed by law.
Under the E-Commerce Act, where the Company has given prior notice that withdrawal is restricted and obtained the user's consent, withdrawal may be restricted once provision of the digital content has commenced. For divisible (separately providable) Services, withdrawal remains available for the portion whose provision has not yet commenced.
The free AI-credit-based trial involves no payment and is therefore not subject to refund. The trial is provided on a usage (credit) basis rather than a time limit.
1. For monthly (or annual) subscription Services, a full refund is provided where the Service has not been used at all after payment and withdrawal is requested within the withdrawal period. 2. After the withdrawal period or where the Service has been partially used, the Company may calculate a refund on a pro-rata basis according to the remaining subscription period and unused credits. 3. In calculating the refund, the value of Services already provided/consumed and any costs deductible under applicable law may be deducted.
Users may cancel a recurring subscription at any time before the next billing date through in-Service settings or customer support. Upon cancellation, the user may continue to use the Service for the current, already-paid subscription period, and automatic renewal stops from the next billing cycle.
1. Refunds may be requested through an in-Service request or via customer support (support@gyrosoft.co.kr). 2. The Company processes valid refund requests within 3 business days of confirmation. 3. Refunds are made to the original payment method in principle; depending on the payment processor (Stripe) and card issuer, additional business days may be required for the funds to be returned.
The following may be excluded from refunds: restriction or termination due to a user's breach of the Terms, already-spent AI credits or fully consumed Services, digital content for which withdrawal is restricted by law, and Services or credits provided free of charge.
