What GyroX is, whether it's real and mature, how it works alongside SAP, security, pricing and onboarding — answered plainly, with no inflated claims.
GyroX is an AI-native ERP. It unifies assets, contracts, work and documents on one digital-asset ontology, with a native double-entry ledger as the keystone. Every module runs the same operating loop — ask, see, analyze, automate, decide. From finance to digital twin, the focus is on decisions rather than data entry.
Honestly, GyroX is at design-partner stage. It is a working platform — the core architecture (one ontology, native ledger, AI Gateway, dual-mode) is implemented — but we don't claim the decades of depth of a proven enterprise ERP. That's why we form it together with early partners on real operations. We don't cite inflated metrics or fabricated customer stories.
It does not force replacement. The path we recommend is coexistence — don't rip and replace. With dual-mode, keep the regulated, tax-heavy edges on SAP/Oracle/Douzone and run the fast edges (close assistance, PO proposals, the sensor-to-accounting loop) on GyroX native. A native ledger and external-ERP adapters coexist behind one Port, so you transition at your own pace without a rip-and-replace bet.
GyroX is designed around multi-tenant isolation, enforced tenant boundaries and audit/trace. AI calls always route through the AI Gateway as a single entry point, and autonomous decisions are written to a decision trail. Data residency is designed to be selectable by deployment region. The specific certification and compliance scope is hardened step by step with design partners — see the security page for detail.
At design-partner stage, pricing is closer to something we agree on together. It depends on operational scope, module usage and how much dual-mode integration you need. Rather than pinning a public list price, we scope it transparently to your real operation — see the pricing page for the model and request a demo.
We don't start with a full migration. We begin by picking one fast edge of your operation (say, close assistance or PO proposals) and running the loop on your own data. Keep the regulated edges on your existing ERP via dual-mode, prove value first, and grow the native share at the pace you choose.
Yes. The GyroX loop is built so AI proposes and a person approves. AI flags anomalies and proposes fixes first, but decisions pass through an approval gate. Tool calls are gated with least privilege, and every autonomous decision is logged to a decision trail so why it acted can be explained later.
Dual-mode is a pattern where a native ledger and external-ERP adapters (SAP/Oracle/Douzone) coexist behind one Port. Over the same abstraction, the fast edges are handled natively while the regulated, tax-heavy edges are delegated to the external ERP. That lets you modernize operations without ripping out your existing system.
Finance & ledger, procure-to-pay, sales, supply chain, quality, treasury, HR, planning, facilities and digital twin. IWMS areas — real estate, facilities, space, sustainability, asset management — are absorbed as a vertical on the same ontology rather than a separate silo. Every area shares the same operating loop and one ledger.
GyroX is web-first and is being designed multi-platform — targeting macOS, Windows, iOS and Android from one code base. Heavy visualization like the digital twin branches behind a widget contract via adapters.
